Acceptance of Terms

By using the RLJ website or submitting a manuscript, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our editorial policies, publication ethics, and privacy policy.

Manuscript Submission

Authors submitting manuscripts to RLJ confirm that:

  • The submitted work is original and has not been published previously.
  • The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal at the time of submission.
  • All listed authors have made significant contributions to the research and have approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • Any conflicts of interest and sources of funding have been fully disclosed.
  • Research involving human participants or animals has received the necessary ethical approvals where applicable.

Peer Review

All manuscripts undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, relevance, and ethical integrity of the submitted work. The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions for any submission.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 300 is payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. No submission fee is charged. APC payments are non-refundable once the publication process has commenced.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright to their published work unless otherwise stated by the journal. By publishing with RLJ, authors grant the journal the necessary rights to publish, distribute, archive, and promote the article in accordance with the journal's licensing policy.

Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their research.
  • Obtaining permission for copyrighted materials used in the manuscript.
  • Properly citing all sources and references.
  • Promptly notifying the journal of any errors discovered after publication.
  • Complying with the journal's ethical and editorial policies.

User Conduct

Users of the RLJ website agree not to:

  • Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the journal's systems or data.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
  • Misuse published content in violation of copyright or licensing terms.

Intellectual Property

All journal branding, logos, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of Revenue Law Journal unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

RLJ, its editors, reviewers, publishers, and affiliated organizations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, published content, or reliance on information contained within the journal.
