Low-code/no-code (LC/NC) development platforms have emerged as transformational tools enabling rapid application development, democratized innovation, and faster organizational responsiveness to environmental changes. These platforms reduce the dependence on traditional programming, allowing non-technical users (“citizen developers”) to participate in digital solution creation. This study investigates the impact of LC/NC platforms on organizational agility by synthesizing existing digital innovation theories, platform capability research, and organizational agility literature. A conceptual Low-Code Agility Impact Framework (LCAIF) is proposed, consisting of four dimensions: development speed, workforce empowerment, process adaptability, and digital innovation throughput. Figures, tables, and a detailed maturity cycle are included to demonstrate LC/NC links to agility outcomes. The article concludes with practical implications, limitations, and future research recommendations.
